We Have...

SUNSHINE today and it's pretty warm!! It's been chilly here lately. LOVE this kind of weather, low 70's not to hot, not to cold.

On this card I did the Rock & Roll Tech.
It is very easy to do.

Get 2 different stamp colors. 1 light and 1 darker.
Ink up stamp with lighter color. Then roll just the outer edges from the stamp in the darker color.
TIP~ Always start with the lighter color so the darker ink will not transfer to the lighter pad.

Stamps ~ Stamped In Ink, Sun stamp from the Hodge Podge set. Background swirl stamp from Odds N Ends set.

End of the Year Fun

Today is Crazy Hat Day for Adam.

I kinda of have a feeling this hat with cause some problems at school today.

I have to make this post fast, very busy today!

Cute Chicks

I love these little chicks! When I started to make this card I was going to use one pocket. I figured I would mess one up stitching, so I cut out two just in case. BUT, I didn't mess up! See, I am not a very good stitcher. I cannot stitch a straight line to save my life. I did not even use the foot pedal on these. I turned & turned & turned the hand wheel the whole time! They turned out so cute so I decided to use both.

The weather is beautiful today!! FINALLY! WE have a baseball game tonight and it looks like we won't have to wear winter coats. For the past two weeks it has been so cold and windy that everyone has been bringing blankets, gloves and winter coats. I'm hoping to get some photos of my older son playing tonight.

Storage Sheets

I have been asked about what the stamps come stored on.

The stamps are sandwiched between 2 sheets of acetate. It's one whole sheet with the top folded over to make the back. Hope that makes sense.

Each set comes labeled.

These stamps will not yellow!!
